Vereinsflieger

TowerZERO connects exclusively to your club's own Vereinsflieger account - using the credentials your club has stored itself. TowerZERO transfers no personal data whatsoever: who flew is always entered by the club itself.

Stage 1: shadow mode - daily comparison report Available

Shadow mode compares the logbook recorded by TowerZERO with the main logbook in Vereinsflieger once a day. It only reads - nothing is written to, changed in or deleted from Vereinsflieger.

Shadow mode is active - the comparison report is created automatically every day. The report always covers the most recent completed day.

Stage 2: automatic transfer Available

TowerZERO transfers missing flights to Vereinsflieger as provisional entries. Only what is missing in the Vereinsflieger logbook is transferred - entries recorded by people are never changed and never duplicated. TowerZERO transfers no personal data: who flew is added to the entry by the club itself. Every transferred entry carries the remark "Automatisch erfasst durch TowerZERO - bitte Pilot ergänzen" (recorded automatically by TowerZERO - please add the pilot).

Automatic transfer is off - transfers only start on demand. Only completed flights of the most recent completed day are transferred, at most 50 per run.

Transfer log

No transfers yet - the log fills up with the first transferred gap.

Stage 3: gap filling and aerotow linking Available

TowerZERO fills in targeted empty fields in entries that a person created in Vereinsflieger: a missing takeoff or landing time as well as the landing count for circuit flights. One iron rule applies: values entered by people are never overwritten - only what is empty gets filled, and immediately before every fill TowerZERO re-checks the entry once more. If a human value differs from the measurement, that only appears in the comparison report. In addition, TowerZERO links detected aerotow pairs (tow plane and glider) when both flights are not yet linked.

The gap filler is off - gap filling only starts on demand. Only flights of the most recent completed day are filled, at most 30 changes per run.

Gap-filling log

No gap fillings yet - the log fills up with the first filled gap.
